As we have done for the past eleven years, our offices will be donned in pink decor in the month of October. During this time we will be selling ribbons/logos to raise money for Breast Cancer charities. Our staff will also be donating money to dress down during select days in October.
First Choice America cares about the communities we serve. We are proud to announce that over the past ten years we have raised over $75,000 to assist worthy charities in the battle against breast cancer.

Scam Alert: Business Impersonator Scam
Please be aware of this text message scam (below) that is targeting our credit union members. The man (Thomas) claims to work for the credit union. There is no person by the name of Thomas working in our fraud department.
Unfortunately, we may have members that will fall for this. If you feel that you have been a victim of this scam please contact one of our eight offices.
If a debit card transaction triggers a red flag in our system and generates a call from our fraud center, the member will be asked to answer “yes or no” whether it was a valid transaction. There should not be any links to click or phone numbers for them to call. The member needs to call the number on the back of the card if they have any concerns after hours and the call center during regular business hours.
This scam results in the member providing their personal information, account numbers, and login information because they trust that it is the credit union contacting them. It is very important to remember that we will never contact them and ask for this type of information over the phone.
